Who wants glowing skin? I know I do! Why bother with an ordinary complexion when you can have skin that’s healthy, clear, clean, and glowing? Here’s how to use a facial scrub to achieve just that.
I’ve found that the thing that makes my skin look its best is using a facial scrub on a regular basis. Not only do facial scrubs clear away dirt, debris, and dead skin cells, they also nourish your skin to make it as bright as possible.
I’m such a big believer in facial scrubs that I put together a video to tell you a little more about my routine. Check it out to find out how to get the most out of your scrub:
How to Use a Facial Scrub for Glowing Skin
The very first thing you need to do to get glowing skin from your facial scrub is to find a scrub that works for you. Not all skin types are the same (Not even close!). What works for someone else may not work for you.
If you’re not sure which one to use, your best bet is to go for a scrub that works for every skin type. I like Beauty by Earth’s scrub for this. It’s all natural and extremely gentle, so you don’t have to worry about if it will damage your skin. It’s also made of entirely natural, non-toxic ingredients, so no worries about adverse reactions! And trust me, once you see the difference that superfruits and chlorophyll make for your complexion, you’ll never want to go back.
So you have your scrub. Great! Your next step is to clean your face. Use your favorite facial cleanser and makeup remover to make sure your face is entirely clean. The perfect companion to your scrub to balance out your complexion is Beauty by Earth’s Superfruits & Sea Kelp Face Wash.
Next, apply a small dab of scrub to your fingertips. Massage it into your face using small, circular motions. Start at your jaw, then move upwards, making sure to avoid your lips and eyes. You can even scrub your neck too, if it needs a little extra love.
Once you’re done, rinse your face with warm water, then pat dry with a towel and voila! Clear, clean, glowing skin. Repeat twice a week (or more!) to keep your skin in amazing condition.
Why I Love Using Facial Scrub
Whenever I use BBE’s facial scrub, I notice that immediately after my skin feels smoother and softer. When I use it on a regular basis I find that my skin tends to break out less and generally looks much healthier and brighter.
And of course, we all have those problem days where we’re dealing with breakouts. Whenever I notice that my skin isn’t looking its best, I immediately reach for my scrub, then follow up with a hydrating mask. Within a day or two everything starts to clear up.
So, if you haven’t noticed I could chat about facial scrubs all day. If you have any questions about how to use yours, leave a comment below so we can chat.
Happy scrubbing!
Danielle
