All in-stock items ship within 24 hours of order receipt Monday through Friday and usually same day if order placed by Noon . . . we’re pretty fast!

Shipping Charges are a flat rate based on method of shipment as follows:

Continental United States

• Standard Shipping (5-7 Days) $5.00
• Expedited Shipping (2-4 Days) $8.00
• Express Shipping (1 Day) $25.00

Of course, if your US order is $50 or more shipping is FREE!*

Hawaii

• Standard Shipping (5-7 Days) $10.00
• Expedited Shipping (2-4 Days) $16.00
• Express Shipping (1 Day) $40.00

Alaska

• Standard Shipping (5-7 Days) $10.00
• Expedited Shipping (2-4 Days) $16.00
• Express Shipping (1 Day) $40.00

International

• International Flat Shipping (3-10 Days) $28.00

Note: Shipping charges are assessed at a flat rate however any duties & taxes charges that become due in order to receive the shipment are the responsibility of the consignee to pay so the shipment can be delivered.

*Free shipping is restricted to the 49 contiguous states, excluding Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Standard Shipping by the Post Office is usually about 5-7 business days.

International Shipping

We ship internationally for a flat fee of $28!

We ship to every country in the world. Reach out, though, if you have specific questions about international shipping and we’ll get you sorted right away.

Order Insurance

We usually don’t but at your request would be happy to.

We are not responsible for packages once they’ve been delivered to your address or PO box so please ship to a secure location or upgrade your order to include insurance.

Will my shipment require a signature to be delivered?

Nope! No signature is required so you can be out and about doing your thing and your order will still be delivered right on time.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships we’ll send you an email with the details including your tracking number.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days – HASSLE FREE and we will refund the original purchase price of the product.

How to Return a Purchase

Refunds are processed within 2 to 5 days and will be re-credited to the original method of payment.

How do I return an item to you?

1. Email info@beautybyearth.com your return request with the following information:

a. Contact information (name, phone number, email address)

b. Place of Purchase (Website, Amazon, etc.)

c. Order Number

d. Item Purchased

e. Reason for Return

2. Beauty by Earth will email you a shipping label to return the item.

3. Mail your return, using the label provided, back to Beauty by Earth with the following included in the shipment:

a. Original Purchase Receipt

b. A Note Stating Reason for Return

Refunds Timing

Refunds are processed within 2 to 5 days and will be re-credited to the original method of payment.

Is there a restocking charge for returned items?

Nope! No restocking fee and no hassle!

Damaged or defective items?

If an item is defective or was damaged in transit we’ll get it replaced ASAP. Just drop us a line at info@beautybyearth.com and be sure to include your Order Number in the email subject line.

Can I cancel an order that is back-ordered or not shipped yet?

Yes, you can, if your item is on backorder or hasn’t been shipped, you can contact customer service at info@beautybyearth.com. We will cancel your order for a full refund. Be sure to include your Order Number in the email subject line.
